“WOW. Do the numbers. 5 years is 260 weeks. Divide that into 180,000 and you get 3000 classrooms a week. Using a 5 day work week, 600 a day. This much activity would attract a lot of attention. In my travels, i have not observed any. Has any one of you got any pictures of all this work happening that they can share> Because if it is true, it is quite an engineering achievement.”
