this is regarding last weak, kase merong guard s shopwise. n prang inaabuso ang pagi2ng guard nya. kase ung kapatid ko inaccused nya kaagad n shoplifter, eh nkalimutan nya lang nmn bayaran ung kinuha nyang candy. ska nsa loob p sya ng shopwise, db maco-consider mo lng n shoplifting un kung nkalabas n n store. tpos nung cnabi ng kapatid ko n babayaran nlang nya kc nkalimutan nya lng hindi pumayag ung guard, tpos sbi p ng guard s kanya ayusin nlang daw nila, hinihingian ng 1k ung kapatid ko . nung cnabi ng brother ko n wla syang ganung perang dala kc naiwan nya s work nya bigla nlang syang dinala s office. anu un nung walng ibigay ung brother ko n 1k dalin agad sya s opis ng guard? pnapayagan nyo b n mag-karoon ng ganitong klaseng guard s araneta or s shopwise? nme2ra ndi nya b alam kung anung gnwa nya? kung ndi nyo bbigyan ng aksyon agad to mka2rating 2 s pinaka-mataas. |

Good day, I would like to inform you that I am at your employ under Starline Securiy Agency Alimall Detachment for over five years now. I would just like to raise an issue regarding to the still ongoing deduction of our agency from us everyday with amount of five hundred pesos which was started on march 05, 2008 up to now. This was all started last February 2008 when Sterling Silver 921 beside cinema 2 located at 2nd floor of alimall was robbed by unknown person which was then under demolition to give way to the still ongoing renovation of the mall, because of the said incident a construction workers working that night and security personnel (7) went under investigation and fingerprinting at QCPD PS7, which sadly up to now no one is convicted.
Sterling silver owner demanded the mall should pay the amount of their lost which the mall turn the blame to the security agency in which day came to an agreement and setile with a certain amount to compensate their losses. Starline on the other hand, turn to us on-duty guards that night and blame us for laxity, which base on records there were over 200 contractor personnel inside the mall as against 7 security with only roving guard assigned on each floors.
Also to inform you we were verbally inform by mr. Depano that we will be deducted everyday of five hundred pesos to pay the 30% of the amount paid by our agency to the victim as to how much we don't know.
We, as under our agency were afraid to complain against them for the person "na baka pag-initan kami" and we could not just resign because we will not get our cash bond because we are still in debt with them.
Hoping for your consideration to investigate and positive action on your side.
