They are selling men’s jeans, the generic kind, for 149 pesos each. I needed jeans to work in and just walk to the dojo in so i dont need hoity toity branded ones. The jeans i got were perfect. It looks good din. I bought 8 pairs for the price of one cheaper branded one :) Ladies jeans costs 100 pesos each.If you guys are interested, go now because they go fast. They just restocked the men’s jeans last night :)

Most of the places are closed. However, it seems that not all is quiet and peaceful. I heard from the grapevine that someone in the administration told someone that i was asking for 3 million pesos for the domain name. How strange! Im not even asking for anything because i am not selling it. It looks like someone wants to get major christmas kickback from the administration.

People can be quite greedy.

I would like to inform you about how you assign people manning your Ticketnet counter at Gateway Cinema. Last Tuesday, as early as 11:15AM, there is only one ticket counter that is open with a long queue of moviegoers waiting in line. I was there for the first screening of “Bourne Ultimatum” scheduled at 11:35AM. Your personnel assigned there started coming in one at a time and I was able to get my ticket around 11:40AM and was not able to view the beginning of the said movie.

I don’t know if this happens every day.

I decided to try the group of blind people at Farmers Plaza 4th floor. Sad to say that after getting charged with more money for less time, i also didnt get a good enough massage. I went to check if Mang Rudy is back and luckily i caught him on the way up to his corner. So far, nothing beats Mang Rudy.  I haven’t tried the Big Apple Spa at Gateway mall yet but then again, they do charge more money for the better ambiance.

Anyone out there who has tried it, please drop me a comment :)

I was going to give a lame line like, “I thought i was in heaven!” but even guys as corny as i am wont really go that far. Apparently, there was a huge nursing function yesterday. I think it was a graduation or an oath taking. Now i really have an idea of how many nurses we have. Sadly, i know that a whole bunch of those people in white yesterday are already doctors. Then again, we cant blame them for wanting more out of life. If the government and the Philippine society cant help us poor doctors, then we have to help ourselves.

Card carrying members get from x2 to x10 points that day. I dont really know why. Perhaps they want to see how many of their clients actually care about the points but i for one didn’t buy anything this first wednesday but i’ll purchase all the stuff i need 9 days from now.

I think that its called smart shopping and not being stingy :)

The only option available to us was to fall in line early in the Ateneo Linemorning in Ateneo. I arrived at 6am and there was already 354 people ahead of me. Nonetheless, the wait was fun since conversations with fellow Ateneans are always pleasant and welcome.

This was the first time i lined up in Ateneo. Apparently, it is customary for some people to wait in line a day before the tickets are distributed. I heard that a person fell in line at 10am the previous day. Ateneo Line I guess they deserve to be able to get first dibs on what tickets are available. I sure hope that these tickets are worth the wait :) Then again, the Ateneo-Alsalle game is always a great game to watch.

Go Ateneo!! Freakingly crazy last minute! We were behind by 5 with 2 minutes remaining in the game.  Then the next thing i know was that we just took the lead with 7 seconds remaining and the la sallites have the ball. They flubbed the last shot and even the rebound! Nonetheless, as my friend said, we only lost the last game just so that we would get the chance to thrash the UST team as payback for last year ;)

Anyway, sudden death game is this sunday and my neighborhood will again be full of cars with passengers either in green or blue. I really do think that a shirt saying “I bleed blue” is much better than one with “Gang Green.” Im taking more pictures!

Lots of pretty ladies cheering for their school. Sorry girl readers but i only noticed the members of the opposite sex. Do note that it is all just plain fun rivalry. One of my closest and oldest friend is from La Salle. Good game Gang Green!
